Account & Data Deletion
Delete Account
You can delete your Himachali Property account at any time. All your data and listings will be permanently removed within 30 days.
This action is irreversible
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your property listings, saved searches, messages, and account information. Active property inquiries from potential buyers will also be lost. This action cannot be undone.
What Gets Deleted
All Property Listings
Active, inactive, and draft listings including photos and descriptions
Account & Profile Information
Name, email, mobile number, and account preferences
Messages & Inquiries
All conversations with buyers or sellers through the Platform
Saved Listings & Searches
Properties you bookmarked and saved search alerts
Method 1 — Delete from the App

Open the App and go to your Profile
Tap your profile icon in the navigation

Go to Settings
Tap the settings/gear icon in your profile

Tap "Account" → "Delete Account"
Scroll down to the Account section

Confirm & Submit
Enter your password and tap "Confirm Delete" to proceed
Method 2 — Email Request
Can't access the App? Contact us by email:
- To: app@himachaliconnect.com
- Subject: Account Deletion Request — Himachali Property
- Include: Your registered mobile number and/or email address
We'll process your request within 7 business days.
Deletion Timeline
- • Account deactivated immediately — listings removed from public view
- • All personal data and listings permanently deleted within 30 days
- • Anonymized analytics may be retained up to 90 days
- • Data required for legal compliance retained as per applicable law
Want to just remove a listing instead? You can deactivate individual listings without deleting your account.
