Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the websites, mobile applications, and services operated by Himachali Connect, a brand operated by RajatWeb Technologies ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including Himachali Match and Himachali Property (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use our Services.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of India.
• If registering on behalf of an entity or family member, you represent that you hold valid authorization.

2. Account Registration & Security

• All profile and account information provided during registration must be truthful, complete, and updated.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and OTP verifications.
• Notify us immediately at app@himachaliconnect.com of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach platform rules or misrepresent identities.

3. Product-Specific Terms

3.1 Himachali Match (Matrimonial Service)

• The platform is exclusively for users seeking genuine matrimonial alliances.
• Profiles must accurately reflect personal details, caste, gotra, education, and family background.
• Harassment, unsolicited spam, and non-matrimonial interactions are strictly prohibited.
• Users are advised to exercise independent due diligence before arranging offline meetings.

3.2 Himachali Property (Real Estate Platform)

• Himachali Property operates as an intermediary listing platform connecting buyers, sellers, and agents.
• All listings must comply with the Himachal Pradesh Tenancy and Land Reforms Act (including Section 118 restrictions where applicable).
• Listings must represent genuine properties with accurate pricing and ownership permissions.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in any of the following:

• Creating fake, deceitful, or misleading listings or user profiles.
• Impersonating any individual, entity, or representative of RajatWeb Technologies.
• Distributing malicious code, attempting reverse-engineering, or scraping platform data.
• Posting abusive, defamatory, obscene, or illegal content.
• Using communication channels for unauthorized commercial marketing or financial solicitations.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, interface designs, logos, software, and brand assets relating to Himachali Connect are the exclusive intellectual property of RajatWeb Technologies. Users retain ownership of their uploaded user content while granting us a non-exclusive license to display it within the application.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, transaction completion, or uninterrupted uptime.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible under Indian law, RajatWeb Technologies and its operating brand Himachali Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from user interactions or platform usage.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RajatWeb Technologies, Himachali Connect, and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the account settings in our mobile applications.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Himachal Pradesh, India.
